HI, I'm Janae, I'm Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist under the Board of Behavioral Sciences of California. I'm also licensed in Florida, Vermont and Idaho. I operate JB Psychotherapy, Coaching & Consulting where I provide services to diverse clients as I believe in affirming, culturally sensitive and anti-racist care. I am also a clinical certified trauma professional, certified EMDR professional and certified integrative mental health professional. I utilize my personal, educational, professional and athletic background and current business development skills to support those I work through psychotherapy. As a Psychotherapist, I empower diverse individuals, athletes/coaches, students, professionals/entrepreneurs, performers/entertainers to unlock their fullest potential through targeted strategies and holistic support. My mission is to cultivate resilience & growth, optimize performance, and foster well-being. Grounded in evidence-based techniques and personalized care, I strives to guide individuals towards physical, mental, and emotional excellence, enabling them to thrive in every facet of their lives. I offer in person sessions in West Los Angeles and, Telehealth therapy sessions to therapy clients in California, Florida Vermont and Idaho.
